  2. How can I get a promocode?

    It's simple. Just buy the select products on Amazon.in from seller as sellers indicated in the offer message on www.amazon.in/freechargecoupon. You will receive an email post 15 days of your purchase and if you've not returned your mobile. This email will have the unique coupon code.

  3. How can I use a promocode to recharge my number?

    Again, easy! Just follow the following steps:

  8. How many times can I use a promocode?

    The promocode when used, will credit the full amount to your FreeCharge Credits. From your FreeCharge credits you can continue using this amount untill it runs out.

  9. While redeeming the promocode, I see an error that says, “This code has already been used. Please try another unique code.” What do I do?

    Well, that shouldn't ideally happen. But if it does do shoot us a mail immediately at care@freecharge.com and we will have our top detectives look into it and resolve it.

  10. When I try using the promocode, I get an error saying, “A code can be used by a login Id only once”. What's with that?

  11. What is the validity of the FreeCharge credits?

    There is no validity to FreeCharge credits. You can use them for as long as you want or untill it runs out.
