  20. Offer is valid only once per user on each brand during the offer period.
  21. There is no minimum transaction limit to avail the cashback offer if not mentioned otherwise.
  22. Only KYC verified Freecharge Customers can redeem the cashback voucher
  23. This Campaign is applicable only for successful transaction completed by the Freecharge customer.
  24. Freecharge reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this Campaign in case of any illegal, suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent transaction/activity or misuse of the Campaign.
  25. Freecharge reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Campaign or discontinue this Campaign without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. In case of any disputes, Freecharge’s decision shall be final.
  26. Freecharge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use and/or participation in this Campaign.
