Contest is held in 6 cities only (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai) on Radio Mirchi 98.3 (“Radio Mirchi”).The participants will need to send in their entries of the awkward moment, that they had to experience while asking for their money back from someone; or when someone asked them for the same; or when they had to split the bill. The best answer will win the contest, decided by the RJ at Radio Mirchi One winner will be declared from each city every day for the duration of the Contest.
Winner will be awarded Rs 3000 (for Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore) and Rs 2000 (for Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai) in “Freecharge Balance.” (“Award Amount”)
This Contest is non-transferable, non-binding and non‐encashable
Radio Mirchi/ FreeCharge reserve the right to amend, modify, change, add or terminate (collectively "Changes") the terms, contained herein at our sole discretion or withdraw this offer without any further notice
Winners will be selected based on the answers given by the Participants on Radio Mirchi.
In an event misuse of the promotional offer, identified by FreeCharge, it reserves right to withdraw the offer or cancel the transaction.
The Award Amount shall be credited in Freecharge Balance within 48-72 hours of the Winner being announced. These will be accounted for working days. Therefore winners for Thursday/ Friday will receive the award next week in the given time limit
The winners will be required to submit their identity proofs and other documentation needed.
The Participation is voluntary and deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
The Contest is valid from 22nd April 2016 to 6th May 2016 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
All entries must be the original work of the Participant and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes payable if applicable as a result of a Prize being awarded or received.
Entries must not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or any other unsuitable material.
Radio Mirchi/ Freecharge, its subsidiaries, agencies and/or any other organisation associated with this competition cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any server, Internet access, system or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
Radio Mirchi/ Freecharge is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the contest or prizes other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in the prize (if any).
Radio Mirchi/ Freecharge accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.
Radio Mirchi/ Freecharge shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the competition or in respect of the prizes where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its control and shall not be liable to compensate Participants in such circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions (and any dispute, difference, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the applicable laws of India and shall be subject the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai.
